Amazing concept to have bullet trains deliver food to your table. This combined with ordering directly from a tablet at your table, really helps speed things up by not having to wave over your server. It was great entertainment for the kids as they watched the trains zip by to deliver food to other tables. Our food was really good as well, it was on par with most Japanese places we've been to but nothing stood out more than the trains. I'm really excited to come back again.
